Epicurean Market is a three day long world food, wine and spirits festival held in Marina bay hotel in Singapore. This year Karlić tartufi presented their business through a Masterclass “Fresh Summer Truffles : An Introduction and Hands-On Cooking Demo”. Participants did not just have an opportunity have to prepare truffles in the best way but they also learned a lot about truffles an tradition of truffle hunting in Istria and in the world. It was an honor to be a part of this festival and present Istria and Istrian delicacies to the Singapore market.
